Shortly you need a glove with soft leather as they play a major role in the game of baseball.

If you're able to buy high quality soft leather gloves then its fine but if not just apply a small amount of glove oil with a soft cloth. Rub it thoroughly through the entire surface and allow it to dry the whole night. Thus this simple process will soften the leather and the gloves will be ready to use for best performance on the field. Also it will last for many years and once softened you will feel really comfortable in it.
